Description

This auction is for a painting by condemned California serial killer Charles Arnett Stevens. In 1989, Charles Stevens murdered four people in a three-month period. His method of murder was by gun, usually shooting motorists in their vehicles on the Interstate 580 near Oakland. Multiple victims survived their encounters with Charles Stevens. He would be arrested on 7/27/1989 and sentenced to death for the four murders. Stevens is suspected in at least one additional homicide.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The painting is on quality art paper, measures 9"×12", and initialed in the left-hand corner, "C.S." Stevens signs and dates the painting on the reverse.
