This is not a reprinted version. This is an original document from the period and police would have this document in there car as well. They would have on the back also license plates numbers they should be looking for related to other infractions on the back of the sheet.

Richard Benjamin Speck (December 6, 1941 – December 5, 1991) was an Americanmass murderer who systematically tortured, raped, and murdered eight student nurses from South Chicago Community Hospital on the night of July 13–14, 1966.
He was sentenced to death, but the sentence was later overturned due to issues with jury selection at his trial. Speck died of a heart attack after 25 years in prison. In 1996, video tapes featuring Speck were shown before the Illinois State Legislature to highlight some of the illegal activity that took place in prisons.

A really nice greeting card but the date on it is what makes it rare because it shortly after she was brought back from Canada. Laurie had escaped from her facility in Wisconsin. She fled to Canada and stayed there temporarily until she was brought back. Shortly after that she was released.Great murder story! Some people believe till now that she did it...
