Thomas Loren Goatley, a 20-year-old from Umatilla, Oregon, is facing federal charges for receiving and possessing child pornography. Between January 5 and April 30, 2024, he allegedly made over 60 threatening phone calls, including sexual violence threats to institutions in at least 12 states. He also placed false calls to schools, police departments, emergency lines, and animal shelters, saying that he was or was about to sexually abuse a child.
