Tony is asking for cigarettes and Richard is saying that he dosen't even have some for himself.

This message is a great front and back from both inmates and has Rich penned on it. Coming across a prison kite is more rare then coming across a Speck letter or envelope.
This is directly from his prison file and ultra top find showing a little bit of the prison ambiance. Showing an inmate looking out for another and buming cigarettes off eachother.
A great true crime collectible.
