Description

This auction is for a card and letter from multiple state serial killer John Francis Wille. Between 1980 and 1985, John Wille murdered six people in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, and Texas. After being arrested for setting his former residence on fire, John Wille's girlfriend and accomplice, Judith Walters, started spilling the beans. John Wille would be convicted of murder in Florida and the rape and murder of an eight-year-old girl in Louisiana. His death sentence would be overturned and John Wille took a plea deal for life imprisonment. In a separate trial Judith Walters would receive a life sentence for her role in the crimes.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The Christmas card is signed, "John F." The missive is two pages on one legal size sheet of stationery, dated 12/5/2006, and is signed, "John F," with a prison nickname, "Cowboy." Wille goes into the legal steps he and his accomplice are taking to prove their innocence. The original mailing envelope is postmarked 12/6/2006. The card, letter, and envelope all come in a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and have been stored flat, the letter being folded once. Message me with any questions you might have.
