This auction is a letter from executed Texas cop killer John Manuel Quintanilla (12/9/1976 – 7/17/2013). On 11/24/2002, John Quintanilla, with accomplices Jeffrey Bibb and Rodney Rodriguez, robbed a Texas amusement center. While ordering the patrons to get down on the floor a retired sheriff's deputy attempted to disarm John Quintanilla and was shot and killed in the process. Two other victims were also shot but survived. Jeffery Bibb received 110 years for his role in the murder/robbery. I could find no sentencing information on Rodney Rodriguez. John Quintanilla was executed on 7/17/2013. He was 36.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is two pages on one sheet, dated 6/23/2009, and signed, "John." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 6/26/2009.
