Description

Measures around 22x28cm (US letter) edges are slightly cropped in scans. Single-sided white paper with folds, stored flat for a number of years, is now in an archival acid-free sleeve. There are creases on the paper from handling with light wear, this is largely clean and in excellent condition.

Uncommon last name only "Manson" Charles Manson signed 2009 G-54 form, also signed by U.S. District Court Deputy Clerk (unnamed, non-printed signature), with a few other markings on the paper in pen.

Paper is stamped "Original" twice and "LEGAL" once. I'm not sure if the stamps were to verify the form as a working document or were placed at a later date. I'm also unsure if this document was more extensive, potentially being made up of multiple pages that are not present.

The "Murder Auction" lettering is a watermark, it's not on the actual document.
