Description

This auction is for a letter from two time wife murderer Timothy Boczkowski. On 11/4/1990, Boczkowski murdered his first wife in North Carolina. On 11/7/1994, Boczkowski murdered his second wife in Pennsylvania. He was convicted of both crimes, being sentenced to death out of Pennsylvania and life in North Carolina. The Pennsylvania death sentence would be overturned. Booczkowski would be resentenced to life without parole. He was serving that life sentence in a North Carolina prison until he paroled in 2018, where he was transferred to Pennsylvania to serve his life without sentence.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The short missive one page, dated 3/25/2006, and is signed, "Tim." Boczkowski has written his full name and prison address in the letter. The original mailing envelope is postmarked on the reverse 3/27/2006. The letter and envelope come inside a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and have been stored flat.
