This auction is for a series of items related to the Route 91 Festival Shooting in Las Vegas, NV. On 10/1/2017 millionaire real estate investor Mr. Stephen Paddock took aim at concert goes attending the Route 91 Music Festival from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. 59 people were killed, making this mass shooting the largest in U.S. history. Paddock killed himself shortly after starting the massacre. To this day there is no known motive for his actions. He was 64.

The items included in this auction are two soil samples. One was collected directly under where the shooter was firing from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay. The other was collected directly across the street, by the Gate 1 entrance to the MGM Resort Village, where the Route 91 Music Festival was held. There is also a rock picked up from the Mandalay Bay. The Vegas Strong related are as follows: 1 size large t-shirt, a lapel pin, a magnet, and a Vegas Strong rubber bracelet with a receipt from the Mandalay Bay, where it was purchased. And last, but not least, a $1 casino chip from the Mandalay Bay will accompany the lot.
