Description

This auction is for a letter from condemned California mass murderer Ramón Bojóquez Salcido. On 4/18/1989, Salcido went on a murder spree that left seven people dead, including two of his young children. A third daughter survived. After the crimes Salcido left the country, fleeing to Mexico. He would be arrested five days later and extradited back to the United States. Salcido would be convicted and sentenced to death. Salcido has started a Christian ministry since going to prison.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is two pages on sheet and signed, "Ramón Salcido." There is a second missive, also signed, "Ramón Saclido." There are five personal news letters enclosed by Salcido, professing Christian faith, and a copy of a calendar. The original mailing envelope is postmarked 12/2/1997. The letters, enclosures, and envelope come in a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and has been stored flat. Message me with any questions you might have.
