Description

This auction is for a letter from California sex offender Lydell William Gorski. Gorski was convicted in 1997 of attempted to rape and oral copulation with a child under 14. He would parole in 2011. The letter itself is actually written by Robert John Bardo. On 7/18/1989, Bardo murdered actress Rebecca Schaeffer, shooting her in the doorway of her home. He would be convicted and sentenced to life without parole.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive four pages on two sheets, dated 7/23/2007, and doesn't appear to be signed, because it wasn't penned by Gorski. For whatever reason it would appear Bardo was writing letters using this inmate's name and number. Bardo's letter writing style and handwriting are easy to see. He also enclosed a newspaper clipping.
