Description

This auction is for a letter from the deceased New York serial "Poughkeepsie Killer" Kendall Francois (7/26/1971 - 9/11/2014). Between 1996 and 1998, Kendall Francois raped and murdered eight women. He would be arrested on 9/2/1998 after a woman escaped and alerted the police. He would confess once in custody. During the victim impact statements at his sentencing Kendall Francois giggled and laughed. He was sentenced to life without parole. Kendall Francois died of natural causes on 9/11/2014. He was 43.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is one page and signed, "Ken" The original mailing envelope features a red Attica Correctional Facility stamp and is not postmarked.
