Description

This auction is for a letter from the condemned Alabama serial killer Jeremy Bryan Jones. From 1992 to 2004, Jeremy Jones raped and murdered at least 12 victims in Alabama, Georgia, Kansas, and Louisiana. Law enforcement say the victim count could be as high as 21. He would be convicted on 10/26/2005 for the rape and murder of an Alabama woman and sentenced to death. Jeremy Jones is currently on death row in Alabama awaiting execution.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The missive is two pages on one sheet and signed, "JJ." In the letter Jones expresses his innocence, condemned to die for a crime he didn't commit. The original mailing envelope is postmarked 5/18/2009. The letter and envelope come inside a protective magazine sleeve with an acid free board and have been stored flat.
