This very important document is 4 pages long and is two years prior to San Ysidro Massacre. Its stamped and was for the lease of Apartment no.2 located on 510 Federal NE, Stark from October 81 to October 82. A one year contract lease between George Berk and James Huberty owner of the building at the time.

This historical document has 6 signatures in total including James O. Huberty and his wife Etna Huberty and is dates 16/10/81.

Its also notorized by Roger F. Williams from the state of Ohio.

James Huberty completed in full the 4th page in his handwritting allowing Mr. Berg a payment of 240$/ month on the 15th of each month.
