Handwritten envelope is stamped from Witchita 21 dec 2007 with 8 lines penned by him. Stamped Kansas Deprtment of Corrections. It’s also signed Dennis L. Rader.

The Greeting card is fully written by his with a snow flake artwork at the top done in color pencil. This is signed twice! Dennis L. Rader and Dennis.
