Deceased - Roger Dale Smith great handwritten letter from 1998
This letter talks about how people how he just got stabbed shortly after receiving the receipient’s Letter 11 times and spent 78 days in the hospital. He talks about Charles Manson and even suggest they both call collect the recipient to clarify and answer his questions.
He goes on talking that he likes Manson but that he still has to learn about the joint and how people play games.

Roger Dale Smith who was known by inmates and correctional staff as 'Pincushion' throughout the California Prison System. RD was stabbed more times than any other inmate in the California Department of Corrections during his five decades of incarceration in the California Prison System. Roger Dale Smith was on death row when Manson arrived there in 1971. Manson has said that he learned alot from RD and that RD is the best of the worst. Roger Dale Smith passed away a few years ago from cancer."
