| This auction is for a handsome piece of artwork from Oregon's "Happy Face Killer" Keith Hunter Jesperson. Jersperson has been linked to eight murders in multiple states. The artwork is on 300 series acid free, heavy weight, vellum surface art board. The piece measures 14"X17" signed, dated, and titled on the reverse.
