| This auction is for a birthday card from Tennessee school shooter Jamie Rouse. In November of 1995 17-year-old Rouse shot and killed a teacher and a fellow student at Richland High School. Another teacher was shot but survived. Rouse was sentenced to life without parole. The birthday card is signed twice, "Jamie." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 7/2/2006.
