Description
This auction is for a photo and letter from former Florida police officer and child preditor James Duckett. While working one day in 1987 Officer Duckett picked up a 11-year-old girl, raped her, then drowned her. Officer Duckett tried to slow down the investigation as best he could. But it didn't work. Tire marks at the crime scene matched those used by Mascotte Police Department. The victim's prints along with Officer Duckett's were found on the hood of the partol car. At Officer Duckett's trial three teen came forward about being approached and/or sexually molested by Office Duckett. He was convicted and sentenced to death. The photo is roughly 3.25"X2.5" and is inscribed and signed on the back. The letter is two pages on one sheet, dated 9/8/1997, and signed, "Jim." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 9/11/1997. Message me with any questions you might have. Thanks for looking.
