| This auction is for a letter from "Olympic Park Bomber" Eric Rudolph. From 1996 to 1998 Rudolph, a Christian, carried out a series of bombing which claimed the lives of two and injured over 100 people. His crimes were motivated by Judeo-Christian scriptures regarding abortion and homosexuality. Rudolph was arrested in 2003 and ultimately took a plea deal to escape the death penalty. He was sentened to four life sentences. The lettter is two pages on one sheet, dated 11/23/2011, and signed, "E." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 12/2/2011.
