Arthur John Shawcross (June 6, 1945 – November 10, 2008) was an American serial killer, also known as The Genesee River Killer in Rochester, New York. He claimed most of his victims after being paroled early following a conviction in the manslaughter of two children, which led to criticism of the justice system.

There is a small envelope fully written in shawcross"s hand with a handwritten letter both signed talking about this piece. The original Cardboard envelope that this painting was sent in is also included and is all handwritten in black marker and signed in full.

The original Vinyl painting is 16 x 20, signed in full Arthur John Shawcross, titled : WORLD TRADE CENTER and is dated September 10, 2001 a day before the twin towers hit by terrorist.

What makes this painting also very collectible is the fact that Arthur Shawcross murder victims were dumped in New York and thats why he was dubbed ''the Monster of the Rivers''.....also known as the ''Genessee River Killer''.
