| This auction is for a handmade birthday card from deceased serial killer Coral Watts. Watts was a rapist and murderer of women. His murder spree was from 1974 to 1982. Watts was suspected of dozens of murders. He died of prostate cancer in 2007. I'm not sure if the artwork is Watts' or not, but it could very well be. Watts was know to do a little artwork. The card has a poem written inside, dated 7/5/1997, and signed twice, once "Coral E. Watts," and a second time just, "Carol." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 7/5/1997.
