This auction is for a letter from California's "Riverside Prostitute Killer" Bill Suff. Suff was convicted in Texas for the 1974 beating death of his two-month-old daughter and sentenced to 70 years. After serving 10 years he was paroled. In 1992 Suff was arrested and ultimately convicted of 12 prostitute murders in Riverside County, CA. Suff is suspected to have killed as many as 22 women. He was sentenced to death . It was alleged that he used the breast of one of his victims in a chili recipe which won the Riverside County Employee Chili Cookoff. Suff maintains his innocence. The letter is four pages on one sheet (reads like a book the way the paper is folded), dated 5/5/2006, and signed, "Bill S." The original mailing envelope is postmarked 5/8/2006.
